Protect America does not cancel subscriptions. I bought the system 6 months ago and due to financial difficulties was/am unable to continue paying for a service I do not use. The system has many flaws [sensors fall off, beeps constantly, and is unreliable.]

I pay $30 a month automatic withdrawal from my bank account and am expected tokeep paying for 3 years = $1080.

Anytime you call customer service they keep you waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, which means that I am wasting my minutes waiting and then talking to someone that will be of no use.

I have read 100's of online consumer complaints that mirro my own concerns with this unscrupulous company.

I wish more of us angry PA consumers would ban together so that we can bring light to this company that only cares about "Protecting Assets" - their own!

I want out and I want out now!
