ThankYou.com is Citibank's rewards program. If you order a gift certificate from them they don't put your name on it (it just says "For You") and they're not responsible if the card gets lost in the mail.
They also just can't get my address right no matter how many times I contact them. I ordered a gift card that never arrived so I clicked on the "refund" button next to the order I placed but it conveniently NEVER works - I have been trying for over a month. To me that screams of scam.
