My partner and me went below to obtain taxes done. Tax preparer offered us misinformation about refund quantity, and period of reimbursement. I'm an "hurt partner" Preparer didn't create notation in upper-left part of duty types, today I've to wail considerably longer for reimbursement. Preparer never appologized to us whenever we returned to ask questions. We're viewing a personal CPA today, and intend to protest more. We shall not returned to H&R Block!
