Not Consumer Friendly

I have complained about this company before. I had a 42" LCD tv. Had it for just two years and the LCD screen went. Contacted their customer support by phone/email and Live chat for over two months. This company wil not standby their products all they will say is its out of warranty. This $1350.00 LCD tv set lasted only two years. I asked for there Corp office phone number they would not give it to me just a P.O. Box in ID, sent them a letter it has been almost two months no responce. They are a Poor company to purchace items from they do not care about their past customers or present day consumers.
