This is about my loan modification case that I let arlg to handle, i paid them 1300 to handle it and first their were so nice to you they contact you almost everyday for the one month of processing and asking you some documents that they needed and. They said that they will forwarded it to you mortgage company, I was really excited cause some people can actually help me to lower my monthly which Im only depending on my social security check, they after a while the communications getting slower and slower I need to contact them first and ask what's going on before they can say" well your mortgage company havent returning our inquiries yet" so basically I need to wait for couple of months, then last January I received a letter from them stating that they cannot longer provide me the service because of the new law that they won't allowm them to practice law outside Florida they referred me to William OToole which I did contacted on the same day that I received the letter from arlg, but still now I haven't heard anything from this Company either. So is here anyone that can help me my house Ida my only asset. I don't want to live in a shelter? Please help..
