Ripped me off 2000 for a loan modification with bank of america

I too have been ripped off by ARLG. I was working with Bryan Berry of ARLG, everything was going smooth, I kept getting requests to send in documents, everything was on track, then all of a sudden on January 29th, i recieved a piece of mail stating that ARLG can no longer do loan modifications in the state of GA and that they are forwarding me to another lawyer. William O'Toole esq. I called several times and recieved a voicemail box that was full. So I tried to contact Mr. Berry and no response. I just paid 2300 for abesolutely nothing. Fortunately, I was able to restart the process of loan modification, but we will see how this turns out. I am still out 2300 that could go towards my home.

I am looking to see if there is a group out there that is getting together a class action lawsuit against this company.
