Fragile items moved 2500 miles

We were concerned about moving some antique furniture (including a china cab with curved wood and bevelled stained glass made in Italy 100 yrs ago) and an extensive collection of art pottery. A friend told us she had used PODS to move from Seattle to Cape Cod and had forgotten to wrap some teapots in a drawer and they arrived in near perfect condition. Our furniture and pottery arrived without mishap. We are amazed and grateful. Selling a house and planning pick-up and delivery can be subject to so many revisions and PODS is so flexible. I never had to wait on the phone for a representative and each one was friendly and courteous and quickly changed dates for us... I think 4 or 5 different times. The quote I was given was the amount we were billed. The storage dates had to be changed and the PODS computer always figured out how to compensate and calculate. We have been raving to our friends about this experience. The drivers were professional and courteous. Neighbors were entertained watching the maneuvering into position. Each driver had clearly been carefully trained and was fully competent.
