I had cancel the account and membership after I discovered this company has a very deceiving presentation within the thirty days full customer satisfaction period or money refunded. I returned the starter pack to them via UPS on February 24th. I do not and will not pay the claim of $19.98 they had filed against me. I had warned them not to contact me but they continue harassing me through phone calls and email messages. I want them stop immediately.
