My son's computer showed a virus and spy ware attack warning and it looked official. When I tried to go to my Norton antiviral software it says it was infected. Anything I tried to do said it was infected. The title was System Tools and looked like a microsoft app.
It captured my computer and I could not do anything.in order to increase your system tools, you need an upgrade which cost $59. The charge on the credit card ended up being $79.00 and it is a fraud. If you google system tools you will see the report.
