Owner is William davis My reason for reporting this company is based on un fair bussiness practices, and discrimination

My reason for reporting this structural moving company is as fallows. First off i worked for this company in december. I only went on on 1 moving job for them in cortez colorado. Based on the fact that its travel work there did put me up in a hotel room, and did also inform me that thay would pay for our meals as well. On a 3 day job i found my self coming out of pocket half the time just to eat, and it gets worse yet. After that i did work for bill on his property doing things like landscaping, and bilding fences, pouring concrete. I worked there for about 30 hours total also for being entry level labor i did a good job at every thing i did. He had months to pay me my measly 300 dollar pay, I also called several times with in reason in order to be paid and was strung along for weeks at no avail. So obiviously my issue is with not being paid, and the owner making absolutely no effort what so ever to get me paid. Also I did feel I was discriminated against as well based on the fact that im a single man who is not married or have a significant other. I have worked in the roofing industry for 6 years and took this job in down time when out of work. Also I have found atleast one costomer review online that implacates them as being a extremly bad contractor. Also its funny because alot of the things he complained about I seen first hand only being on the job 1 day. Complants like craking the foundation damaging joists etc.in conclusion I aim to expose this company for its un professionalism and bad bussiness practices that I feel are more than questionable. Rather than trying to go to court with this I think exposing them, and possible bad media attention would be well worth my losses in labor. So who knows mabe tom martino will give me a call just kidding. Costomers, as well as labor or employees alike beware of these crooks.
