J.D. Marvel Company in disguise Ripoff

I have read the letters describing the problems that consumers experienced with J.D. Marvel Company concerning a hearing aid that was ordered, paid for but never received.

Lo and behold, this Sunday, I opened up my paper and found the identical ad run previously by J.D. Marvel now being run by Clear Point Direct from none other than Champlain, NY., the home of the ripoff artists from J.D. Marvel.

Can they be the same jokers trying to steal more money? How can newspapers accept ads from fraudulant companies without running some sort of check. The question is now... Is J.D. Marvel back in business under a
different name??
