Customer care manager K. Mattiello has made the workplace intolerable. This company has fired a total of 5 people in 1 month. 1 person that works for thew company collapsed from a mild heart attack. 1 woman placed in the hospital for 3 days. Everyone on pins and needles all day, making people literally sick! Nothing being done about it. This woman is writing people up and firing people for having car trouble, family emergencies, illness, calling in to say they will be a little late and for sexual orientation. It's disgraceful!
