I order a free sample and was sent two packages and charged $78.41. I requested a refund and was denied. I offered to return the packages for a refund and also was denied. I'm on a fixed income and believe me I would have never ordered this product for the price. The terms of the agreement are very misleading for ordering something I thought was a free trial. The terms say I have 30 days to return unwanted product. Their customer service says it's not for the original "purchase" that cost $78.41. I'm so disappointed this would be considered womensfreebies.
