To who it may concern, I bought 4 of them and had to send one back because it was defective. My grandchildren won't use the ones I have gotten for them yet so I don't know if they are any good yet. So the one that I sent back they have not sent out another one, it has been since Jan. Of this year, I have tried to contact them by phone and nothing there but a disconnnect phone recording, also tried the order phone # but nothing there either. Can't talk to a person, it really is sad that no one will help me just to recieve the one that was broken. That's all I wanted was to have the one broke be replaced. I sent them the broken one back in Jan of and still have not recieved a replacement. Did what the website said to do and so I did exactly that and nothing.
