Just Ask.com Witdrew $18.00 a month from my checking account for seven months without my knowledge

Miscellaneous

Back in August I used Ask.com regarding an LG external DVD player. The answer I received was totally usless. Apparently I unknowingly signed up for a life subscription and they have been deducting $18.00 a month ever since. I did'nt notice it untill today March 12. I found their phone number and called to ask who the hell they were. The customer service rep spoke with a phone that was barely audible, and broke up with every other word. I eventually was able to determine that I had signed up for a subscription to which I never received any confirmation, notice, paperwork or any thing of that nature. Bottom line this deceiving advertising Free Site stole around $125.00 from my checking account. I guess I am somewhat to blame for not scrutinizing more closely, but I just did'nt catch it until today. The customer service rep offered me an $18.00 refund. I would like it all back.
