Low price sheds terrible work, warranty is a fraud, slapped together and burned off soon enough to cash check before i could stop payment

Oh yeah, the posting of the individual that led me to this sight says it all, word for word. I am also a professional in the construction industry, I have a busy schedule and like things to be done right! Which is why i usually do these things myself. My wife and i had this built due to us wanting to capture the investment on a single receipt for tax purposes because the shed was for our tenants at our rent house.
Now, I briefly spoke with jorge and he had me write the check for Dante Villarreal which turns out to be guy. I decided not to stay with them all day because i dont live there and if i was going to be there all day, I would have built the shed myself in the first place. That afternoon i receive a call from our tenant describing the poor work and trash left and nails poking out and so on and we have gone through the phone tag crap and been stood up three times by this guy. And then he says that we shouldn't have paid him up front. You know, lessen learned! Don't trust anybody... But George or dante Villarreal, I hope that at some point in time that you will read this! And someday you will get what you deserve! Because i'm a big mother-f*cker and 10 years ago before my wife and kids came along, I would find the time and would take great pleasure in taking care of this situation myself! And there are more out there like me!
