Walmart
No Accountability

I bought a Apple 8g Touch from Walmart in Newington, NH in Dec. For a Christmas present. I also bought the $20 dollar suggested manufactures warranty that was not "fully" explained to me and at that time I had already paid for the extra insurance but wallmarts electronics cashier told me they were out of insurance cards. They never told me apple already warranteed for the first year which was what I wanted, but taunted me into buying a insurance card they did not even have. Three week later the device got damaged and Walmart said "so sorry, talk to apple", not our responsibility!

So after the anguish of my son not having his iPod, I drove from Kittery, ME to Salem, NH to the Apple store only to find out that it was Walmarts "policy" and they did not want to be accountable for a device they sell. Well the moral of the story is from now on, I will go to "TARGET" or any other store to buy all of my products and devices and I suggest you do to if you don't want to be shafted by Walmart!
