Wanted an additional tarp that was not out (silver 20X30 size). The one we had from the shelf had no skew number. As we checked out the cashier asked George to get skew and check for another silver 20x30 tarp. We waited 15 minutes for George to come back with the skew only. I asked about the other tarp and he acted as if we had not requested another tarp. He then went back to look for another tarp. 15 minutes later we had another tarp, then had to wait in line again to be checked out. The other employees 2 (girls) were just standing around, (one girl stood around at least 15-20 minutes holding her till), the only cashier was Dennis who was doing his best in a really bad situation. George seemed to be really out of touch any of his employees or how to go about customer service. This was the store 10815 Florissant Ave around 3:30 on 3-9-11 Ticket #394063.
