The Rudest General Manage

I travel from Ohio to Shelby NC an eight hour drive, arrived at 1:30 PM. No one was in the office. I did not have a cell phone and could not call. The gate code had been change since my last visist over one yr ago. The General Manager, ROXCIE, arrived about thirty minutes after my arrival. My car was at the gate and I was carrying my container inside the gated area because there was a gate with no lock i could walk through to my unit. She finally came out of her office and said do you have a problem and i said yes you change the code. She went off on me saying it was not her responsibility to notify me, and said without asking who I was or what unit I had I could leave, if I did not like her attitude. The other managers were very kind. The Internet posing say they have an on site manager at all times, between 7am to 7pm. I have rented this unit for over 2 years. I did not appreciate being treated so badly. I will be renting in another county that she is not a part of. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau and the U Haul company. I will not stop until there is satisfaction.
