Magazine Scam

Young African American guy comes by and knocks on my door. He gives me the "help a brother out", "I'm trying to get on the right path in life" sales pitch. He gets poins for selling magazines. He has a good sales presentation, I feel generous that evening and buy a magazine subscription. Guess what? Never received the magazine. Shocking!!!

Have tried to call the business phone number on the receipt multiple times, but no one ever answers and can't leave a message because the phone mailbox is full.
