Damages / Not Responding

I have lived at Lakewood Vista Condominium Community at Green Mountain Ranch for over ten years. I have had several problems with the HOA. I had a leak in my storage unit which caused a lot of damage to my personal belongings. Approximately 2 years ago, they said they fixed it and would not replace any my belongings that were lost to water damage. Now, there is another water leak that caused about $6,000 damage to my personal belongings. It has now been turned over to my home owners rental insurance, American Family. I have spoken to Tammy H. Many times about the leak so she is fully aware of it. I also have a cracked front window damaged by the maintenance crew while using their weed eater. That happened during the summer of 2010.
