After Download and 2 hours. Does Not work at all and no Customer contact

After down load. And update. Still does not run at all. Called the Tech number and no answer went to the web for help. None there. My credit card company even called me to see if I was sure that i ordered the charge. (should have been my first clue).. So my next call will be Visa to get my 40.00 back. On stuff that didnt work at all
