Michael Kern owes The Old Dairy, Inc. $387.00 for items that were paid for but never received. Encoded gift cards were ordered thru Michael Kern in November with an expected 8-10 day turnaround.in spite of regular follow up with Michael as to where the gift cards were, he never provided us with a tracking number or order confirmation. The check for $387.00 was cashed on 12/29. On 1/3 Michael promised that the cards were on the way and he had also ordered a second shipment of cards. No cards have ever arrived, nor has Michael been able/willing to track the shipment. We have been requesting a refund since January and he has still not sent it. He now will not respond to any communication for follow up. He owes us $387.00 immediately.
