Awful service

The cheap o air representative that made my reservations failed to make a seat assignment for us at the time of booking and now we are stuck in the back of the plane with a short time between connections or with the choice of paying additional fees for choice seat upgrades. You get what you pay for. When i called customer service to correct the issue they told me it was my or the airlines fault. Cheap O Air is synonymous with poor service and incompetent representatives. Stay away from Cheap O Air they are awful.
