Esa not paying for work completed

My company was hired by esa to clean up mold on composite decking. It is a class action lawsuit against 2 decking manufactures that there decking products develop mold on the surface. Esa was hired by another company who obtained the contracts from the legal office handeling the class action lawsuit.in esa's paperwork they described there payment process as when paperwork is summitted that i would be paid 30 days after. I completed 9 jobs for them in 2010 andhave been paid on 2 of them. I have emailed and called constantly. I had talked to the front desk woman several times, left messages for the president of the company. A few months later i recieved an email from the president of esa, saying that final payments would be sent out the following monday. 3 months later and no check. Now there is no answer on the office phone and no emails have been returned. I really dont want to have to take this into the court systems and have pleaded with them to just communicate with me and try to resolve the issue. If there are other people out there that are contacted by esa or another company to do this kind of work, be very careful it seams that this type of scam is going on allot around the country. They hire you to do the work and try to get you to get as many done as possible and then they wont pay you for your labor. Nice! Nice to know the great lenghts people will goto to just to make a buck.

As a side note i did explain to them around christmas that i did all this work and am owed all this money and that if i don't get paid it will effect my christmas (no response), i wrote them in feb. That i am getting married in april and this money would sure help (no response). End result, don't trust anyone, no-one in america has a heart anymore, it's all about the mighty dollar and who you can screw out of a dollar. Sad, very sad...
