Bank of America does not care about customers - Credit card

Bank of America does not care for their customers. They pass you around like a piece of paper and no one wants to help you. They claim to care for their customers until you have a problem. They all look at a computer screen and say I am sorry this is what I see.instead of working with you they want nothing to do with you. My card was closed due to they state that I have a history of late payments. I have my credit reports with no late payments what so ever in my life. I speak to a supervisor same thing. This is all I see and your card can't be opened. There was not even a let me look into this. They cannot even prove to me in any way that I was late. It shows you the Bank of America does not care what so ever.
