Never recieved my refund

They constantly say they sent to me, however my bank says they never received it, they also deal with an ACH company Voicepay who says they sent to my bank. Someone has my $79.00, and it leads straight back to okappaslim. They wouldn't even give a phone number or a fax for me to send my statements. FRAUD! Makes me even angrier because i paid an Extra $12.00 to send to them insured, they claim they recieved my package but somehow i NEVER was reimbursed. Not happy with this company at all. $79.00 is a lot of money to me, and they stole it from me.
