False advertising / hacking in my compute

Called mcafee 3/3 approx 7:15 pm, because i was getting alerts that i had 938 threats found and system was infected, i was told there was hacking going on there and that malicious applets was found, that they could take care of this for $80.00 up to 250 for 24 months. I purchased Mcafee Security 11/3 for $42.79 and also $89.00 for them to clean up problems at that time. When i purchased the 1 year security the add stated that i was protected from virus, blockes spyware, stops hackers, guards identity from online fraud, prevents spam and email spam. Which you can see if you go into there web to order. When i spoke to the tech sipport they stated i did not have protection against hackers, I pay bills online and now not only my computer but worse my private info such as my banking is at risk. I am on fixed income and disabled, they are taking advantage of people and false advertising, please help me and others like me. Thank you for your help
