Nicolas McTyre
Nick McTyre Breach of Contract

Miscellaneous

The Night before Mr. McTyre's Wedding he was required by the contract he had, read, signed, and mailed back to my company including a deposit of $250.00.

The contract specified that final payment was required prior to the date of the wedding. One day prior to be exact.

To make the long story short, Mr. McTyre did not make his final payment. He was informed that he was in breach of contract. This is after he had the owner and lead photographer of the company and an assisting photographer waiting outside in a car politely for him to finish his rehersal dinner and complete the final payment that he had already put off twice.

After four hours of waiting and more than an hour and a half of shooting not to mention the two hour drive and gas as well as the second photographer for an entire day for a total of $250.00.

At one o'clock in the morning, while the photographers were still on the road home after a wasted day, evening, and night, the bride to be called to inform us that she was sorry for the issues and wanted us to complete the photography that day for the remaining balance owed.
