Jillroe.com - Photographer did not show up on my wedding day, no show no phone call!

I found her on craigslist. We emailed back and forth about my wedding and what I was looking for. We agreed on a rate and I promptly requested a contract. I got a contract from her and sent he half the money. I confirmed details over the next few weeks and the Wednesday before my Saturday wedding reconfirmed. She was to arrive at the venue at 4pm. After 4 came and went and she was a no show, my maid of honor and Brother both tried to call her to no avail. She NEVER called me once. They next morning when my new husband and I returned home, there was a letter in my mail box that read " I am truely sorry for this, i had a family emergency and had to leave' and she had put a check for the deposit amount with it. I then checked my email she emailed me a 1:15 saying that she will only shoot 4-6 and any additional time will be 50 and hour (we had agreed she would shoot for 5 hour) and she was trying to change the contract the she emailed me at 4:10 saying she was at my house and did not know where I was... I surely was not checking my emails 20 minutes prior to my wedding. She again never called. At 4:21 she emailed again saying she had a family emergency and had to go. So not only did she try to changed the agreed contract hours before my wedding via email... She never once called me or answered anyone calls at all. I have since tried to get ahold of her by phone and email and she has not answered or responded. I hired and had a contract from this professional woman and she broke it. SHE did not show up on my wedding day and she did not call!!! I would never ever recommend anyone using this completely unreliable unprofessional person EVER!!!
