Need to Privitize

Just received a Postage Due Notice on a label that was canceled and printed. The scan date was 3/31 and the Print date/time was 3/10. I was going to just pay the postage, I am locked out of the Click-N-Ship sight, I ended up typing 1 hour and 10 minutes to a Peggy who did not have the same information as I did, so I emailed a copy to him and went no where. I have called twice to the internet/Click N Ship help line the first time said extremely high call volume and disconnected me, the second time I was on hold for 37 minutes, I hung up. I am still receiving emails requiring I pay my Postage due on a sight I am locked out of. I am now established with Fed Ex and the packages are flowing once again. I can afford to do business with the USPS...
