Seth and David was the one to order my son Tevin to Mt. Megis for a charge he did not even do. When Greg Jackson and Weslsey Snodgrass sent the complaint to them they was the ones who acted upon the hearing of this not one time did they take a look at the facts of my son. There was no DNA no Evidence no nothing the rape kit test could not provide anything but they ask for my son to be sent off. This was a violation of his Constitutional rights for they went by word and not by evidence for they had none and i am asking to file a complaint against them do to the lack of evidence and my son was going to get hi walk on papers for Auburn the day he had to be turned in. The girl sent my son a text message stating if he did not give her $100 she would say rape and these 2 did nothing about that to her and then her and her mother posted things that was in the court room and the judge stated what was inside the chambers had to stay because of my son being a minor but they posted it and nothing have been did to them and yes my son black and they white
