Has anyone else experienced the frustration of not having your complaint heard? When you called in to the police or sheriffs department, they made no attempt to investigate your complaint? After filing a written complaint was it returned without so much as an explanation? How about when you file the complaint with the magistrate court, did the defendant have their attorney take the judge aside, out of your hearing range (Ex Parte), and have the case dismissed before you could state the issues or refuse to accept the written issues of the complaint?

How about when you took the complaint to the district court, did the defense attorney continue (five times) the hearing of your complaint for six months, then remove himself as the defense attorney after finding he was named as an accomplice in your complaint? Did the four subsequent defense attorneys continue the hearing of your complaint another three months? Did the defense have you're your complaint and scheduled hearings removed from the court docket (without a motion to the court or notifying you) by making false statement (frauds on the court) to a judge so he would sign a dismissal?

Did you find that the first defense attorney took the job as chief of the sheriffs department (explaining where he had been in training and why your white collar crime complaint was never investigated in the first place)?

How about when you refilled the complaint with a Brief in the Supreme Court, were you denied opportunity to present the issues or the use of their video equipment to present evidence, and the judge refused to look at the notarized and admitted evidence supporting the complaint? Did the defense attorney fail deny the facts, fail to answer (and the court failed to prompt when requested to do so) the fifty questions to the court in your Brief or present any refuting statements or file anything thing that would surmount a defense? Was your complaint dismissed without an investigation into the issues or written justification by the judge?

Lastly, when you filed the complaint and all the necessary documentation to the Appeals Court, were you denied a hearing and rehearing because the paper work you filed was not forwarded to the panel of judges? Were you denied in filing, access to file the papers electronically to the court, posting to the web, and find your mailed submissions were not posted or filed as requested? Did you find that because the paper work you made a written request to have included was not included in the review package and not giving to the panel of judges, that they deemed no jurisdiction to hear the criminal and civil complaint?
