Disgusting food

Me and my boyfriend had went to this location and had such a horrible experience! The cashier was nice but, Everything we ordered was disgusting, I myself love taco bell, but when I ordered the fiesta taco salad, there was no dressing, the hard shell was stale, the lettuce, beans, Tomatoes, and rice were mushed up together... It had a weird taste to it. I also ordered a bean burrito, the beans were also mushed together, they were hard and had a weird taste to them. The lettuce in the burrito was hard... I could not even take another bite. The only thing that was fine for me to have was the drink. I have never experienced this in my life, I had lost my appetite and I would never step a foot back into that place ever again!
