El - cerrito police dept Unjustified traffic ticket

On 2/24 i was driving south bound on San Pblo Ave with my wife around 8.30 am. I told her that there are Polcemen issuing tickets and must be carefull. As i said that i saw on the rear view mirror a polcemen on a Motor Cycle folowoing us with ared light. I immediately "puled over. When the officer approached i wished the fficer " Good Morning ". He said that i did not Yeild to an Pedestrian". I said i that "I never saw any Pedestrian". He checked my Leicence, Insurance and checked the drivers Leicence too. He went to his Motor cycle and wrote a ticket. After handing over the ticket he said that i could go to courts.

As i did not do any traffic violation, i consider this as a fradulany bouus ticket. This is just to collect money to the city and i wish to contest. Please help me on this matter.
