Miscellaneous

This company contacted ours about buying a cd rom. They spoke with our receptionist, and she told them she was not authorized to order anything. A few minutes later someone called to verify our mailing address, she said "yes, that is correct." We received a cd a few days later, followed by an invoice for $414.00.

I called and spoke with the rudist woman on the earth named Tiffany. She told me she had our receptionist on tape ordering the cd. When she played it back to me, it was clear that they recorded her saying yes to our address and made it sound like she was saying yes to ordering this cd.

They harass me daily, sometimes calling 5-6 times a day. I'll never send them a dime. It can be a great stress reliever to tell them what they can do with their invoice, but it's getting old. The last time they called I blasted an air horn in her ear, so I haven't heard from them in 2 days but I'm sure I will soon

Everyone that has dealt with them needs to file complaints with every agency possible. They need to be stopped.
