Ripoff abused & mistreated

My ex collected money from the state of Arizona before she had a court order for child support. Then the state came after me for the money. I explained that I was paying her $1,600.00 a month my ex while she collected this money. Well, the dispute went on for 2 1/2 years. I sent over sixty letters to ADES/CSE.

Then recently ADES/CSE started garnishing my Department of Defense money for this claimed debt. This was a part-time job for me, and my child support was current. This was for arrears before she had court ordered child support. Finally, after contacting two senators, the Attorney General's office said something was wrong and cleared my account.

After this matter was cleared up, I took the Attorney General's office to court. They refused to give me the court dates and amounts paid from the state to my ex. There excuse was that my account was zero. The judge told the AG to give me a letter that I never owed the state. I accepted this only to appear cooperative with them. The AG's office covered up fraud, and is documented now.

After looking closer at my documents, it turns out I paid this $800 which turned into $1,600, and ADES/CSE was trying to collect for a second time.

So for 21/2 years of threatning letters of incarceration, personal stress and tourment, loosing credit for my fifteeth year of military service, delayed another year to attend "counter terrorism school, constant distraction from performing my duties in military intelligence, $600.00 of my DOD money that I have to try and get back, and physical stress, I have the AG's office cover up the hole story.
