Focus Services is the "all time joke" in both Ogden and Roy Utah as far as a place to work. 2/3 of the management are on drugs, constantly pestering the employees for their prescriptions. There are only about one or two people in charge that actually work for a living. Tenure is a joke as far as advancement, as well as good attendance and attitude. The only way to advance is to be someone's "favorite" or buddy. The employees get "dogged" big time during the holidays as well. Management get taken out to dinner, given awards, and probably bonuses as well. The people that make them look good don't even get a Christmas card! If you want to get used, abused, and treated like crap, go to work for Focus. The turn-over is huge for a reason!
