This company has the worst and most illogical customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
They send out faulty products, for instance my vacuum and surround sound. When I received them both, the vacuum broke completely in 10 minutes of first use. The surround sound worked about 20% of the time.

When I called to report it and get a prepaid shipping label to send them back, the first 2 times I got someone after hours, which by the way is 5 o'clock, that said they cant do that, call back during business hours. While being extremely sarcastic, and this was the supervisor "Evelyn"! She had no idea what she was doing, so she overcompensated by being as rude as possible!!!

When I finally got through to Stoneberry's customer service, I didn't get any better! Had to threaten BBB on them for sending out faulty products before they actually were willing to send a prepaid label for a refund. And I have no doubt they are still going to try to screw me on that as well.

This company is a joke, I cant believe they are allowed to operate in the United States as of now!!
