Crooked and Two-faced lying Animal Shelter in

I have been looking for a pet to adopt for a few months now. I found one on the petfinder website where shelters and rescues list lots of animals in need of finding homes on a Friday afternoon. I emailed The Haralson County Animal Shelter at the email address listed on their website that I wanted a particular dog and was prepared to come Monday as soon as I could to get him. The response was what I expected, to call when I was coming to make sure the animal was still there as I know no shelters or pet sellers reserve or hold animals for anyone. I called the phone number and the voice mail stated they were closed on Friday, Sat & Sunday and their hours of operation were Mon-Thurs 12pm -5pm only. Here is where everything goes wrong.

I took off work on Monday to get to the shelter before there opened at noon so I would make sure I was going to be able to get the dog I specifically wanted. [continued below]...
