I received my 02/09 bill; once again, COMCAST raised their prices like they have done for the past 10 years. You certainly know how to make money and forget about customer service.

I called your Oakbrook, IL and spoke with Jan. I changed my Digital Preferred Package @ $77.90 now $79.90 effective March 1 to Digital Starter Package @40.96.

I could not get any channels in my family room but did get channels on my T, V.in the basement I called your help desk in Mexico and spoke with Cesar who fixed the channels in my family room but lost the channels in the basement. I spoke to his supervisor Juan who did not fix the problem.

I called another telephone number and spoke with Fred in the Philippines who transferred me to Ruth in Billing located in Woodridge, IL Ruth said the equipment in the basement was not compatible and would need new equipment Jan did not tell me I would need new equipment. Now I have to pay additional $ 10 to ship the new equipment. What a rip off!

Comcast sure knows how to get the dollars and disregard the consumer.
