This is a rip off

The doctor was rude didnt see a patient till after lunch then met you complaining because she was going to be late leaving. She only wanted to do pain patches which are usless and after we had waited in the office over 9 hours and wanted to leave she refused to refund before we had even saw her. She is a total rip off
