14 Day Trial - Cancellation Denied

Today is my 14th day of the Work at Home trial that I signed up for and I reached out to notify USOAG that I was not comfortable with the program and was actioning my right to cancel out of the program as I'm within my 14-day trial.

I fully understand that the first $19.95 monthly charge was non-refundable and that there might be admin costs from the start-up fee they charged. I received response from Bertrand stating that I cannot cancel and that I'm obligated to pay the $19.95 hosting fees for 1 year.

If I'm entitled to a 14-Day Trial, how can this be? I am within my 14 day trial and want my cancellation request honoured.
