I hired this company to sheet rock and spackle. I held back $500.00 until the job was done properly. The sheet rock had oil or something on it which made areas almost unpaintable, the seams cracked, nail pops, corner bead split at edges, they cut wires, tv speakers, window seals, made a complete mess on the job. They refused to come back and threatened to put a lien on the house if I didnt pay them.
