Timothy Kennedy Scammed me to work

It should have been the first redflag to me when I have seen a contactor in new location and. But since I was myself short of contract and work, I igonred it.
The second day working in his office (499 edgeley Blvd, Vaughan) at 7:00 A.M. A tradmen walked in demanded money, that was the second red flag I igonred.

I was hired by Tim Kennedy as partner for $30 per hour and 5 per cent of net profit of each and any project i am involved in. After 2 weeks working for him and completing starbuck store in Mohawk College in Hamilton Ontario, he refused to pay me. He has been operating like that for quite some time now.
