Three Morgan Dollars Had Paint, Four Calls Unreturned

On December 27th of last year, I purchased 50 "fine" or better Morgan silver dollars. Three of them had red and/or green paint or something similar on them, and seven were in less than fine condition. The instructions for returning items ask that you call 1-800-452-4381 for a return authorization number. I did this four times during January, giving them a week to contact me.

The first of February I called one of the numbers for the sales department and spoke with a live person. He said he had never heard of this occurring before and would make sure someone called me back, but no one did.

At this point I do not trust National Collector's Mint Inc. at all, and I would not return the defective items for fear they would not follow through with a proper refund or exchange. So beware: if you plan to purchase any items from them, it is as is, with no returns, exchanges or refunds.
