After purchasing thousands of dollars of collector coins we found we were being grossly overcharged for at least two.
While trying to return two of them this company refused to honor their return policy. They transfered us many times to hard-sell salesmen, disconnected us several times over a period of 2 hours and repeatedly refused to give us the RMA number necessary to make the return.
Finally we contacted our credit card company who intervened on our behalf and finally put an end to our stalemate.
