Will not send me or let me pick up my final paycheck

I worked for this company for several weeks in the mines in Globe I resigned they sent me the paperwork and I signed and returned this was in January. Now in February still not check when I called was told need to fill out insurance paper work never had insurance with them and no longer work for them was hung up on. Called again to check what specific paperwork hung up on again. Will not take my phone calls. I need this paycheck and I do not like a company that rips off employees
