I bought a Nordic Track Treadmill Design NTL080091 on 1/9 from Sears in Portland Oregon. Taken care of shipping and installment in addition to a-3 year on site fix/support agreement. The merchandise hasn't worked because the evening after it had been mounted. I named Nordic Course at 888-825-2588 to possess them come and repair it. I had been informed by Mike that it'd be 3-5 BUSINESS times before somebody might actually contact me to plan something phone with. I waited with no one named. About the 6th morning I named them back and spoke to Wealthy. He explained he wouldlokk in to the issue also it could be between 1-2 business days before he could easily get back again to me with standing. I expected him just how long after somebody named me wouldn't it consider in order for them to emerge and repair the equipment he explained this being Jan, it may be a couple weeks! And so I am considering 1 1/2 weeks in the period of my first demand anyone to emerge and repair a fresh device!!! I'm likely to be requesting Sears to get back their device under their 90-day return policy and certainly will consider Nordic Monitor to small-claims for that restocking, shipping costs etc. That Sears may withhold. Therefore much for purchasing something from Nordic Course again.
