Don't deal with these guys

Do not cope with these men. I've a nordic track treadmill bought through Sears. They pressed the warranty and that I purchased. ($475 for 5 years) Today I'd like to make use of it and can't-get one to reply the telephone at Universal Technical Support, I am keeping as I sort for over one hour. Could not cope with yesterday both. Named Sears, these were ineffective and of no aid. Consequently Do Not purchase from SEARS, do not get and warranty from General Technical Solutions, and Steer Clear Of Nordic monitor if you don't wish to toss the gear out the moment anything goes wrong.
